Connexionz delivers RTPI system in 6 weeks
During a period of less than 6 weeks, Connexionz has secured a contract to design, deliver, install and commission a Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) system for the City of Corvallis located in Oregon. The RTPI contract was awarded to Connexionz following a competitive tendering process, with Connexionz being selected due to its demonstrated ability to deliver high quality RTPI systems in timely manners, and following glowing references from their existing customers throughout the US.
The City of Corvallis is home to the University of Oregon in addition to advanced research facilities for one of the world’s leading technology companies, resulting in a higher than average level of tech savvy and young transit passengers who look to technology to assist them in their day to day lives. Passengers can access real time service information via smart phone applications, a web site or using one of the QR codes located at each of the city and university’s bus stops, with electronic displays to be installed throughout the city later this month.
