Golden Empire Transit (GET)  located in Bakersfield, California, recently launched their Connexionz supplied iOS and Android applications in support of their real time services.

Both iOS and Android applications have proven to be major hit with the people of Bakersfield, with almost 3 thousand downloads of the applications in just 2 weeks following their launch.

GET awarded Connexionz a contract to supply an Intelligent Transportation Solution, which includes the real time tracking of over 120 agency vehicles, including fixed route and demand response vehicles.

Supporting a wide range of features and services, including traffic signal priority, onboard audio and visual automated announcements and industry leading service analysis tools, GET staff are reporting to be ‘amazed’ by the powerful analytical and real time management capabilities of Connexionz solutions.
